Road Conditions Updates:

• No rains were reported during the week.
• All roads have remained accessible.
• There was one incident in regard to food aid movement in Somalia this week.
• In Bay region, WFP convoy was stranded in Dinsor since 24/02/08 due to insecurity in the area.
• WFP convoy carrying 420 MT arrived in Dinsor on the 22nd of February and distributions started on the 23rd but was halted due to the fighting between TFG and Islamists. The convoy was instructed to return to Wajid after it waited 48 hours (the period allowed before demurrage starts) effective of the 24th of February.

Port movements:

• MV JHOWAR with ETA MSA on 05/03 and ETD 15/03.
• MV Fadhlirabi sailed from Djibouti to Bosasso and Mogadishu. ETA Bosasso will be on 29/02/08.
