The training material posted on this page is meant as a guideline for implementation of a Strategic Emergency Logistics training. The training must have a minimum of two facilitators with strong communication and strategic logistics skills.
The Strategic Emergency Logistics training covers the full spectrum of strategic emergency supply chain & logistic operations, shaped to fit the needs of both government staff and/or partners at both national and central level.
It aims to provide a high-level understanding of humanitarian supply chains and their disaster response planning, logistics network design, international emergency response, coordination and sourcing strategies.
This training can be developed according to a 3.5 or 4.5 days classroom agenda.
