1. HIGHLIGHTS
The Bangkok Logistics Cluster meeting took place today: 30 participants attended the meeting. The Yangon Logistics Cluster meeting is planned for tomorrow Tuesday 3rd June at 14.00 hours.
The MI8 brought into Myanmar for inter agency use flew to Labutta today carrying a logistics assessment team and 0.5 mt of HEBs.
2. CLUSTER ACTIVITIES UPDATES:
- The WFP chartered boat Claudia has loaded in Phuket and is departing for Yangon with cargo donated by the French for WFP, Merlin, and the Red Cross.
- Cargo dispatched by the cluster from 20th May to 1st June:
FOOD 1,258 mt
LOGISTICS 95 mt
NUTRITION 117 mt
SHELTER 149 mt
WASH 66 mt
EARLY RECOVERY 10 mt
TOTAL 1,695 mt
