2. WATER TRANSPORT:

One boat left today for Labutta with items for MSF-H, WFP and WSPA.

3. AIR OPERATIONS:

TOTAL of FLIGHTS ex DMK: (24th May -18th June): 72


Arrived today 18th: 4 2 for FRC/MSF-CH, 2 for FRC and 1 for IRC/RT
Planned for tomorrow 19th: 4 flights for CESVI

FLIGHTS EX DMK for 18th JUNE:   (see document attached)

HELICOPTER UPDATE :

  • Total number of locations reached up to the 17th  of June:  60
  • Total rotations: 197 to 60 different locations
  • Planned for tomorrow:  9 helicopters distribution:  4 for WFP deliveries and TCG assessment teams ,1 for UNICEF, and 4 for TCG assessment teams,
  • Today the first sling operation with helicopters took place to deliver a water purification plant for CARE to Set San. A further operation is planned for Friday,
