IMPORTANT: Organizations are requested to note that the Focal Point list must be signed and forwarded to WFP Aviation before any further passenger requests are made, and the procedures must also be signed/stamped and submitted.

The e-ticket received upon flight confirmation MUST BE PRESENTED upon check-in for the flight. Passengers who cannot receive confirmation by email should pick up their flight confirmation from the WFP Aviation office between 14:00 and 16:00 the day before the flight, and on Saturdays for those travelling on Monday. Passenger reporting time is 07:00 at the MIA counter of the domestic terminal at Yangon airport.
