The freight is off loaded in little row boats transferring it to the other bank of the river to load other trucks and carrying on the transport.
By-pass in Miragoane.
To avoid the flooded bridge, a by-pass is under construction but closed from 5am to 5pm.
Some 4X4 light vehicles in very good conditions can pass by.
