Following up on the User Group Committee meeting held on 23/09/08, attached
please find the WFP-HAS standard operating procedures and its annex to be used for bookings and registration.  To reiterate that the service is mainly for cargo movement with limited capacity for passenger transportation only to areas inaccessible by road.

The weekly flight schedule established as of today 24/09/08 is a daily
flight combined passenger/cargo to Gonaive (except for Friday 26/09) with
the following time table:

ROUTING: PORT-AU-PRINCE - GONAIVE - PORT-AU-PRINCE
DEPARTURE: 14:00
ARRIVAL GONAIVE: 14:35
DEPARTURE GONAIVE: 14:55
ARRIVAL PORT-AU-PRINCE 15:30

All requests for movement of cargo by WFPHAS are channelled through the Logistics Cluster. They authorize liaise to the UGC, and where necessary prioritize the cargo.

Passenger bookings must be received at least 24 hours prior to departure date - but not earlier than 14 days prior departure.
