N/B: TASKING WILL BE DONE DEPENDING UPON PASSENGER DEMANDS. DESTINATIONS MAY VARY FROM THE PUBLISHED ORDER FOR OPTIMUM ROUTE UTILIZATION.
Important - Please Note
- All bookings must be done at least 24 hours in advance prior to intended day of the flight. Manifests close at 14:00 hrs everyday.
- Passengers without appropriate travel documents will not be allowed to travel
- Booking priority is given to: Medevac, VIPs, Special Missions, UN Staff and NGOs
- Passengers travelling from the Field Offices are to ensure that all bookings are made at least 48 Hours in Advance with the WFP-HAS offices (N'djamena, Yaounde, Garoua or Abeche)
- Passengers not Manifested will not be allowed to travel
- The Schedule is a Guide ONLY and is subject to change due to operational reasons
